ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Abdul Bangura

In 2015 after Abdul turned his life around and began his first business venture, Fresco Box, a healthy meal prep delivery service that went from strength to strength, eventually opening 3 stores, delivering nationwide and winning the Essex Business Awards for New Company within 6 months of opening.

Abdul grew his corporate network by using the skills learnt in business to collaborate with brands & influencers, maintaining long lasting professional partnerships.
During this period he used his experience to give back and regularly host's workshops and gives talks.

In April 2020, after becoming a proud father, his child's mother sadly passed away 8 days after her birth.

Having to now manage as a single father and run multiple businesses Abdul is definitely not one for giving up! 

As well Fresco Box, he is also the co-founder of ALAC Group, a company that specialises in the sale of aircraft components, as well as his own business coaching consultancy.
